Stepping Out

Dear Boys Suck,

This boy i like is best friends wiht my step-brother. We live in separate states, but i always see him when i visit. We do the whole flirting thing, but when i got my step-bro to finally give me some info, he said the boy said that there could never be anything between us b/c i was my step-bro's sister. Do you think he is telling the truth or just copping out?

I didn't put a salutation,
Meagan
